An open-air ecumenical service celebrating the 600th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Bridgettine Order at Syon Abbey,

jointly organised by Syon Park, Our Lady of Sorrows and St. Bridget Catholic Church and All Saints C. of E. Church.

The Bridgettine Order was originally founded by St. Bridget of Sweden and her name has since lived on in Isleworth.

We hope you will join us for an afternoon which promises to be very special, unusual and enjoyable. To help your visit go smoothly,  please read the following carefully.
Transport
As parking is very limited, please park outside Syon Park. Free street parking is available to the north of the London Road pedestrian entrance, also in Park Road and Church Street Isleworth. There is also a good bus and train service.  For more information: HOW TO FIND US
Foot Procession
Please bring cushions, rugs or seating suitable for grass if required and remember this is an open-air event with no shelter.  We regret organised seating is limited to those unable to stand for long periods and only available by prior application.

Your stay in Syon Park
You are invited to stay in the Park free of charge until 5.00pm which is the normal closing time. Some refreshments may be purchased or you may like to bring your own picnic.
Special arrangements
Limited seating will be provided for those unable to stand or bring their own seating.   For disabled people there is limited parking available outside Syon House. To reserve these facilities please apply as below.  There is also to be a drop-off point for those unable to walk far outside Syon House.
